ShippingWe ship to Canada and the USA. Shipping costs will vary per product and destination. If you require shipping, please email thrift@ywkw.ca and request a separate shipping quote. We are not responsible for the delivery of items after they ship. Tracking is not included in our shipping prices, if you would like to obtain tracking at an additional cost please mention this as well. |

ReturnsWe accept returns for 30 days from the date the product ships. Items must be in the same conditioned as received and in original packaging (as applicable). We require a receipt or proof of purchase in order to issue a refund. Returns can be made in our store during business hours, or may be shipped to us at the cost of the customer. If you are shipping your item, please ship it to- YW Thrift Boutique- 102 King St. West, Kitchener, ON N2G 1A6 Shipping costs related to your purchase will not be refunded. Refunds will be returned to your original payment method within three days of your returned item arriving at YW Thrift Boutique, or immediately if done in person at our bricks and mortar store. |
